From lush, perennial gardens and picturesque water features to a gorgeous event barn and stately manor home, every corner of Seed & Sapling is designed to create a magical atmosphere for you and your guests.
We offer several options for outdoor ceremonies and a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for the reception. We also have chic, photo-ready indoor spaces where wedding parties can prep for the big day.

THE VENUE BARN
Modern & conditioned, the venue barn features two covered porches that connect a 40' x 40' tentable hard surface patio, which faces a wood pedestrian bridge between landscaped ponds with fountains.
The barn also has indoor restrooms (wheelchair accessible) and a conditioned caterer's kitchen with sinks and two refrigerators as well as ice machine,
Tables and chairs are included in all rentals.
Accommodates up to 200 guests.
THE COURTYARD
The courtyard joins the venue and the manor house together with pavers running between the two locations.
The courtyard is one of several perfect ceremony locations!
THE EVENT COTTAGE
Enjoy the event cottage for day-of accommodations equipped with full bath, ping pong table, dart board, a flat-screen TVs, leather couches, and a non-cooking kitchenette with sink and two refrigerators.
